We are a rapidly growing company looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities: Sales Manager

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
Provide training and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Continuously improve sales processes and procedures

Requirements: Sales Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven and customer-focused
