Job Description:

Valve Technicians: Long Term Requirements For Qatar

Responsibilities:

Possess knowledge of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices used in valve maintenance and repair.
Familiarity with API 6A products.
Understand assembly structures and API assembly drawings for gate valves, surface safety valves, well head sections, and X-mas trees.
Knowledge of API material classes and PSL levels.
Able to follow assembly and testing procedures for gate valves, surface safety valves, well head sections, and X-mas trees.
ITI education as a minimum qualification.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar valve technician position.

Assistant Valve Technicians: Long Term Requirements For Qatar

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Company Workshop/Site Supervisor or Client Supervisor, following their instructions and completing tasks within the specified time.
Handle customer property safely and avoid any damage.
Store customer property securely as instructed.
Perform service and repair work according to customer and company procedures.
Pack and deliver customer property according to specified standards.
ITI diploma or certifications in a related field.
2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar position.

Machinist: Long Term Requirements For Qatar

Responsibilities:

Prepare and load raw materials onto machines.
Operate CNC turning machines with experience in threading, facing, OD turning, ID drilling, boring, and ring groove machining.
Document actions and maintain production and quality logs.
Ensure continuity of work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
3 to 5 years of work experience in CNC turning.
ITI/Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Production or related discipline.
Experience with machines such as PUMA-280 Lathe & PUMA-400 Lathe.
