As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling all HR-related activities independently, ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities: Urgent HR Executive Job in Oman
- Manage the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and maintain accurate records of employee data.
- Support and advise managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with management to strategize and execute workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Requirements: Urgent HR Executive Job in Oman
- MBA in HR or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant HR experience in Oman is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Omani labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Age below 35 years.
