Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative excellence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Qatar.

Preferred Candidates: Keralites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide efficient administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Document Management: Organize and manage documents, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil to facilitate effective communication within our diverse team.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of Tally ERP 9, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and other relevant software.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil languages.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
