Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide efficient administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Document Management: Organize and manage documents, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communication: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil to facilitate effective communication within our diverse team.
- Software Skills: Knowledge of Tally ERP 9, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil languages.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
