We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chief Accountant to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate should be CA qualified with an M.Com or MBA degree, possessing a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in the construction sector or any related field. It is imperative that the candidate has completed the CA qualification.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the overall accounting functions of the organization.
2. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information.
3. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgeting analyses.
4. Monitor cash flows and ensure efficient management of funds.
5. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.
6. Provide financial advice and support to management for strategic decision-making.
7. Manage and lead a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
8. Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: Chief Accountant Job in Oman

1. CA qualification is mandatory.
2. Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or Business Administration (MBA).
3. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a relevant industry, preferably in construction or a similar field.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
7. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
8. Gulf work experience is an added advantage.
