Responsibilities: Job Opportunity Cashier and Call Center Representative – Salmiya, Kuwait

Cashier:

• Efficiently handle customer transactions at the cash register.
• Ensure accurate processing of payments and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Call Center Representative:

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and promptly.
• Assist customers with placing food orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Ensure accurate recording of customer information and order details.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in a call center environment.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Valid health and residence card for transfer.
• Willingness to undergo a trial period before residency transfer.
