Technical Engineer – Steel Building Division Saudi Arabia

Company Overview:

First Period Co., a General Contracting Company and Certified Steel Structure Erector specializing in Pre-engineered Steel Buildings and Structural Steel, is seeking a Technical Office Engineer for their Steel Building division.

Job Description:

• Analyzing and studying tender drawings received from Contractor/Owner/Steel Supplier and preparing bids accordingly.
• Conducting site visits to assess erection conditions and steel delivery/storage areas.
• Obtaining prices for cranes/equipment from suppliers.
• Preparing quotations for erection, supply, installation, etc.
• Communicating effectively with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Responsible for preparing invoices, verifying subcontractor invoices, and liaising with the main consultant.
• Developing cost breakdowns for project items.
• Ensuring that the site is equipped with all necessary documentation and materials for work execution.
• Conducting inspections and preparing necessary project documentation.
• Performing any other duties as required to meet business needs.

Job Requirements: Technical Engineer – Steel Building Division Saudi Arabia

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Office role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience in steel structures (Pre-engineered buildings and Structural Steel) is essential.
• Proven expertise with technical drawings and details.
• Proficiency in technical office-related software.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and team members.
• Organized, structured, and committed to excellence.

• Transferable Iqama only (No VISA sponsorship).
• Preferable Nationalities: Indian or Philippine.
