We are seeking a dedicated and organized lady to fill the position of Secretary Cum Admin in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be efficient, eager to learn, and capable of handling administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Maintain office files, records, and databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and redirect them when necessary.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory (0-2 years).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
