Job Details

As a Site Engineer, your role will be to plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones for the Floor Coating & Painting projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project, from concept to completion, ensuring that it is delivered within the agreed upon timeframe and budget. In addition, you will develop and deliver progress reports, maintain effective communication with the client, and provide all necessary documentation.

Develop a comprehensive project plan, including tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
Coordinate with the project team for the smooth execution of the project.
Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion.
Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project.
Plan blasting, painting and other consumables material consumption as scheduled every month and make it available for the smooth execution.
Train the painters to achieve uniform finish, coating thickness & detect free coating.
Controlling of labors and distributing them as per job requirements.
Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders, including the client, providing updates on project status, budget, and any potential risks.
Maintain regular communication with the client, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and other legal requirements.
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and keep the team aligned.
Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within the approved budget.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer, with a strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, schedule, and track multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
Should have minimum 5 years of experience in the given field
