Description:

A LEADING MEP CONTRACTOR IN QATAR REQUIRED THE FOLLOWING;

HEALTH/SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT (HSE) OFFICERS

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced HSE Officers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in implementing and maintaining effective health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs on MEP construction projects, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
Provide HSE training and education to all project personnel.
Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.

Candidates should be qualified professionals who must have a minimum qualification of NEBOSH/Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Safety, Health & Environment related fields.

Should possess high end administration, communication and negotiation skills, as well as smart and professional appearance. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
