  • · Manage CEO | owner’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • · Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • · Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the owner
  • · Manage expenses and financial records
  • · Conduct research and gather information as needed Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications
  • · Liaise with other staff members and external contacts
  • · Handle confidential information with discretion
  • · Organize events and special projects
  • · Prepare reports, presentations, and don’ts
