Responsibilities: Aluminium Fabricators

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Measure and mark the installation areas accurately, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
• Install and assemble aluminium-based products, including windows, doors, curtain walls, and façade systems, according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Cut, shape, and fabricate aluminium profiles using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and machinery required for aluminium fabrication and installation.
• Install hardware, such as handles, locks, hinges, and weather stripping, ensuring proper functionality and security.
• Seal joints and edges using caulking, weatherproofing, or sealing materials to ensure water and air tightness.
• Install glass panels, glazing, or cladding materials in aluminium frames, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members, including architects, project managers, and other tradespeople, to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Conduct on-site measurements and adjustments to ensure accurate fit and alignment of aluminium components.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of materials.
• Inspect installed systems for quality, functionality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects that may arise during the installation process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and disposal of materials.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to aluminium fabrication and installation.

Requirements: Aluminium Fabricators

• High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in aluminium fabrication or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator Installer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication techniques, including cutting, shaping, and joining aluminium profiles.
• Familiarity with different types of aluminium systems, such as windows, doors, curtain walls, and façade systems.
• Ability to operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in aluminium fabrication and installation.
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and fit.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to aluminium fabrication and installation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and interact with clients.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
