Key Responsibilities: Car Mechanic

• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of mechanical issues on cars, trucks, and other vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
• Use diagnostic equipment and computer software to identify and address problems
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
• Communicate with customers to explain repair options and costs
• Keep the workshop clean and organized, and follow all safety protocols

Requirements: Car Mechanic

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal training program in automotive technology
• At least 5 years of experience working as a car mechanic
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components
• Experience with diagnostic equipment and computer software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
