We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and possess a strong background in both site and office works.

1. Supervision of Construction Activities: Oversee day-to-day construction operations to ensure they align with quality standards and adhere to project plans. Implement best practices for efficient and effective construction processes.
2. Communication and Relationship Building: Maintain open and clear communication with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Cultivate strong relationships to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success.
3. Record Keeping: Complete and maintain detailed records of construction activities, budgets, materials, and any changes made to project plans. Provide accurate and timely reports to the project management team.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets specified standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
5. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges during the construction phase. Collaborate with the project team to develop solutions that ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.
