We are seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pumps, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of concrete to construction sites. The Concrete Pump Operator will work closely with other team members and contractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of concrete.
Must have valid GCC license.
Proficient in Operating Ready-Mix & Concrete Pump Vehicle are preferred
Responsibilities: CONCRETE PUMP OPERATOR
- Operate concrete pumps to deliver concrete to construction sites
- Operate controls to extend and retract booms, and to pump concrete
- Perform pre-operational checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate with team members and contractors to ensure accurate delivery of concrete to the correct location and in the correct quantities
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of pump operations and maintenance
- Keep the pump and surrounding area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: CONCRETE PUMP OPERATOR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating concrete pumps
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and diagrams
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and contractors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
