Responsibilities: Document and Quality Control Specialist Job in Saudi Arabia
- Create, maintain, and update comprehensive Quality Control logs and data for various disciplines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Manage and maintain records for calibration logs, personnel logs, quality observation logs, internal and external NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), training logs, MIR (Material Inspection and Receiving) logs, MAT (Material Approval Tracking) logs, PQD (Product Quality Deficiency) logs, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) logs, QC Procedures logs, Method Statements logs, and Client Violation and Observation Logs.
- Organize and compile data to prepare weekly and monthly Quality Control Management Reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and compliance.
- Develop and maintain a Monthly PQI (Product Quality Inspection) report to evaluate product quality and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Facilitate and update weekly QC meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure documents are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures to maintain version control, proper storage, and retrieval of documents.
- Ensure all documents are appropriately archived and protected to meet regulatory and company standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information in a timely manner.
Requirements: Document and Quality Control Specialist Job in Saudi Arabia
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller or Quality Control Specialist.
- Graduation degree in any relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of document control principles, quality control processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using document control software and MS Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
