We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman HVAC to join our team. As a Foreman HVAC, you will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC technicians and overseeing all aspects of HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Supervision:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.
  • Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.
  1. Project Management:
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule HVAC projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion.
  • Review project specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate and compliant installations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  1. HVAC System Installation and Maintenance:
  • Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the installation and maintenance processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC system issues, working closely with the team to identify and implement effective solutions.
  1. Quality Control:
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all HVAC installations and repairs meet or exceed industry standards.

Requirements:
