Responsibilities: Helper House

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks in residential properties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist in organizing and tidying up living spaces, including arranging furniture, making beds, and decluttering.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a proper and timely manner.
• Assist with laundry duties, such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to residents’ requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies when working in residents’ homes.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to housekeeping practices.

Qualifications: Helper House

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an asset.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
