Responsibilities: Hiring Maintenance Technician Marine

Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on various marine equipment, specializing in lifeboats and rescue boats.
Inspections and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform timely repairs to ensure the optimal performance of marine equipment.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to both international and local regulations governing marine equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance at all times.
Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with the maintenance team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, promptly reporting findings to superiors.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in marine engineering is a plus.
Proven experience in preventive maintenance of marine equipment, specifically lifeboats and rescue boats.
Familiarity with international maritime regulations and standards.
Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Transferable residency in Kuwait is mandatory.
