• Position: Home Care Nurse
• Location: Qatar Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience without any gaps
• Qualification: DGNM / BSC Nursing

Responsibilities:

• Delivering personalized and comprehensive care to patients in a home care setting
• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Educating patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques and self-care practices
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Home Care Nurse, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care
• DGNM or BSC Nursing qualification
• Valid nursing license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as required
