Position Overview:

As a Catering Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing catering operations in an industrial setting. Your culinary expertise, combined with your dedication to food safety and compliance, will ensure the delivery of high-quality meals to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Excellence: Utilize your culinary prowess to plan, prepare, and present diverse and delectable menus that cater to the unique tastes and dietary preferences of our clients.
Compliance Champion: Maintain strict adherence to HACCP level 3 standards to guarantee the safety and hygiene of food preparation, storage, and service.
Operational Leadership: Lead a team of culinary professionals and support staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to consistently deliver top-tier catering services.
Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring that their catering needs are met with excellence and exceeding their expectations.
Logistical Expertise: Oversee the logistics of catering operations, from procurement to delivery, to ensure smooth and timely service.
Budget Management: Responsible for managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.
GCC Driving License: Possess a valid GCC driving license to facilitate off-site catering requirements.

Qualifications: Job Opening Catering Officer for Oman

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Hotel Management.
HACCP level 3 certification is mandatory.
Minimum 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in the field of Industrial Catering.
Valid GCC driving license.
Age limit: Up to 40 years.
