Position Overview:

As a Female Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations with precision and accuracy. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to support our company’s financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets as needed.
Reconciliation: Ensure all financial transactions are reconciled promptly.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices.
Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to resolve financial issues and provide financial insights.
Documentation: Maintain organized and secure financial documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Proven experience with Tally software.
Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
