We are a leading steel plant in Saudi Arabia and are currently seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators with experience in Lathe and Milling machines. Position: CNC Machine Operator (Lathe and Milling)

Salary: 2300 SAR

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a steel plant or oil and gas industry.
2. Proficiency in operating Lathe and Milling machines is essential.
3. Basic English communication skills are required to understand and follow instructions.
4. Knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup will be an advantage.
5. Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate CNC Lathe and Milling machines to produce metal parts as per specifications.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.
3. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output.
4. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
5. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
