We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in updating and maintaining information on our company databases and computer systems. If you possess fast typing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Input text-based and numerical information from source documents into databases within specified time limits.
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and prioritize information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and ensure accurate output.
  • Conduct research to obtain additional information for incomplete documents.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data programs.
  • Familiarity with administrative duties.
  • Experience using office equipment such as fax machines and scanners.
  • Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy.
