Key Qualifications:
- Diploma in Computer Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience, OR
- BS/BCA in Computer Science or related field with 6 years of experience, OR
- Btech/MCA/MSc in a relevant field with 5 years of experience.
- Bahraini Driving License is Mandatory.
Additional Advantages:
- Knowledge in ERP systems.
- Experience in the Oracle Cloud Environment.
- Familiarity with Oracle DB Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues and inquiries promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
