Job Responsibilities: Job Opportunity Safety Officer in Kuwait

• Developing, implementing, and enforcing comprehensive safety programs and policies tailored to steel fabrication operations.
• Conducting regular inspections of the facility, equipment, and work practices to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Providing safety training to all employees on topics such as proper use of personal protective equipment, hazardous materials handling, and emergency response procedures.
• Investigating all accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintaining detailed records of safety activities, incidents, and compliance with all relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
• Collaborating with management to continuously improve the company’s safety culture and performance.

Qualifications: Job Opportunity Safety Officer in Kuwait

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a safety personnel in a relevant field, preferably in heavy manufacturing environments.
• Must have successfully completed two or more certified HSE courses (e.g., ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, ICertOSH, IDipOSH, iDipNEBOSH, iEnvDipNEBOSH, Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
