About the Company:

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all daily project construction activities of the assigned Oil & Gas division project, including cross-country pipeline and flowline construction.
2. Ensure the efficient execution of construction operations while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
3. Coordinate and plan project activities, including resource allocation, material procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Liaise with project stakeholders and clients to address project-related matters and ensure client satisfaction.
5. Adhere to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines, promoting a culture of safety throughout the project.
6. Provide technical expertise and support to the project team, assisting in resolving technical challenges as they arise.
7. Monitor and report project progress, identifying any deviations from the project plan and implementing corrective actions.
8. Collaborate with the project team to maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.tech) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in civil works execution within Oil & Gas construction projects, specifically cross-country pipeline and flowline construction.
3. Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas construction practices, procedures, and standards.
4. Ability to manage and lead construction teams effectively.
5. Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and logistics management.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and clients.
