– Working Schedule: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week (0700 – 1600 hrs).

1. Technician Responsibilities:
– Report work schedule for the early shift.
– Check the quality of landscaping and turf, including fields of play and training pitches.
– Monitor and follow up on the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule for all landscaping improvement work.
– Coordinate with contractors for PPM or ad hoc jobs, ensuring that maintenance work is carried out within the agreed-upon timeframe.
– Support event preparation and assist during events as required.
– Conduct briefing meetings with the Site Supervisor to provide updates on the status of the landscape and turf within the venue.
– Escalate any landscaping issues immediately to the Landscaping Specialist and Cluster Manager for the site.
– Maintain a detailed logbook of daily work activities.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Landscape Specialist.
