Responsibilities: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANTS

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll records
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by conducting regular reconciliations of accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior accountants or management
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, including monitoring variances and analyzing financial data
• Help with the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing journal entries and financial statements
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of accounting software systems and assist with system upgrades or implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any accounting-related issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes

Requirements: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANTS

• M.com/B.com degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Junior Accountant, Accounting Assistant, or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and procedures
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
