LEAD FIRE FIGHTER & FIRE FIGHTER – QATAR

POSITION 1: LEAD FIRE FIGHTER

Salary: QAR. 3000 – 3500 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Fire Fighter to oversee and manage fire prevention and control operations within our industrial setting. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, profound knowledge of both local and international fire safety standards and regulations (including OSHA, NFPA, and QCDD), and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in fire safety, with at least 1 year in a lead fire fighting capacity. A degree or diploma related to fire and safety from an accredited institution, along with a NEBOSH certification, is required. Additionally, the candidate must hold an Indian Heavy Driving License.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate fire response teams during emergency situations
• Develop and implement effective fire safety protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Provide training to personnel on fire prevention techniques and emergency response protocols
• Maintain and inspect fire safety equipment regularly
• Collaborate with authorities to ensure adherence to all safety codes and regulations

POSITION 2: FIRE FIGHTER

Salary: QAR. 2250 per month

Job Description:

We are in need of dedicated Fire Fighters to join our team and contribute to the maintenance of a safe working environment. The successful candidate should possess a high school diploma, relevant certifications in elementary fire-fighting, and a minimum of 4 years of fire-fighting experience. Accredited training in fire-fighting, first aid, rescue, and evacuation is required, along with an Indian Heavy Driving License.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to fire emergencies and assist in extinguishing fires
• Conduct routine checks on fire safety equipment and ensure their operational readiness
• Participate in fire safety drills and training sessions
• Assist in educating employees on fire safety measures and protocols
• Coordinate with the Lead Fire Fighter to ensure smooth implementation of safety procedures

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Maximum age: 40
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Benefits: Food, accommodation, transportation, and medical provided by the company
• Other benefits as per Qatar Labor Law
