We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of various types of machines, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and meets quality standards. Experience: Must have experience in Manual Operating Machineries( Drilling, Band Saw, Bending, Shearing)

Responsibilities:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate machines according to work orders and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, including speed, feed, and temperature, to ensure optimal operation.
• Conduct routine inspections of machines to identify any defects or malfunctions and report issues to the maintenance team.
• Load and unload materials into the machines, following proper handling and safety procedures.
• Adjust machine settings and controls to achieve desired results and meet quality standards.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify conformity to specifications.
• Keep accurate records of production data, including output quantities, downtime, and any quality issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining different types of machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical instructions and blueprints.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects or materials.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Machine Operators typically work in manufacturing or production environments.
