We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Supervisor to join our team. As an MEP Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems in various construction projects. Your role will involve supervising a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards, and ensuring the successful completion of MEP works within set timelines.

– Duty: 8hrs +OT – Age: below 40 Yrs – 5yrs exp & 2 yrs gulf exp – ECR & ECNR – Free Acc+Transport

Responsibilities: MEP Supervisor

• Lead and manage a team of MEP technicians, providing guidance, training, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements and ensure compliance.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust work schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design standards and industry best practices.
• Manage material procurement, ensuring availability of required materials and equipment for MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all MEP activities.
• Collaborate with other trade supervisors and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and cost estimates for MEP works.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of MEP installations and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to MEP systems.

Requirements: MEP Supervisor

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing MEP installations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges and conflicts on site.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in MEP or a related field will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
