- · Manage CEO | owner’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
- · Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- · Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the owner
- · Manage expenses and financial records
- · Conduct research and gather information as needed Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications
- · Liaise with other staff members and external contacts
- · Handle confidential information with discretion
- · Organize events and special projects
- · Prepare reports, presentations, and don’ts
