Oman Drydock is currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and manage the company’s activities in various industrial areas within the country, with a current focus on maintenance activities in DRYDOCK. The role also involves planning and executing the expansion of operations into other industries. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can effectively lead and make crucial decisions while ensuring the successful implementation of company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: Operations Manager – Drydock Oman

1. Strategically plan and execute company activities in different industrial areas, ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources.
2. Develop and implement company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
3. Forecast resource requirements and liaise with relevant stakeholders for the preparation of the annual budget.
4. Provide strong leadership, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome operational challenges.
5. Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information and effective collaboration.
6. Ensure a deadline-oriented approach to all projects and tasks, fostering a culture of efficiency and timeliness.
7. Demonstrate proficiency in data entry and processing, utilizing relevant software and tools to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.
