Shalema Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced PCB Technician to join our dynamic team in Qatar. As a PCB Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, assembly, and repair of printed circuit boards. This role demands a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough inspections of printed circuit boards to identify and diagnose technical issues.
Performing soldering, rework, and repair on PCBs as per the company’s standards and guidelines.
Collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Conducting tests and assessments to ensure the functionality and quality of assembled PCBs.
Operating various tools and equipment necessary for PCB assembly and repair.
Maintaining accurate documentation of all repairs, modifications, and inspections performed.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in PCB assembly and repair.
Proficiency in soldering and rework techniques, with a strong understanding of electronic components.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to PCB assembly and repair.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
