We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Planning Engineer specializing in Roads & Bridges projects for our esteemed organization in Oman. Responsibilities: Planning Engineer Job in Oman (Roads & Bridges)

Collaborate with the project management team to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for Roads & Bridges projects.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of project requirements, specifications, and scope to create effective planning strategies.
Utilize industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 and MS Projects to create, update, and manage project schedules.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion of milestones and overall project success.
Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare detailed progress reports, resource allocation charts, and other project-related documentation for management and client review.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout all project phases.

Requirements: Planning Engineer Job in Oman (Roads & Bridges)

Bachelor’s degree (BB/B. Tech) in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in Roads & Bridges projects within a reputed organization.
Proficiency in using Primavera P6 and MS Projects software for project planning and scheduling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential challenges and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Gulf experience will be considered an added advantage.
