We are urgently seeking Pump Operators for our esteemed Al Khidamat Ready Mix Company in Saudi Arabia. As a Pump Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our ready mix equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in pump operations as well as freshers looking to start their career in this field.

Responsibilities:

Operate and control the ready mix pump equipment efficiently and safely.
Monitor and maintain the functionality of the pump and associated machinery.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate concrete pouring.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during the operation.
Regularly inspect equipment for any maintenance requirements.
Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Salary: 2000 SAR + 200 SAR (monthly achievement bonus)
Monthly achievement bonus can reach up to 3500 to 4000 SAR based on performance.
Overtime pay for working beyond regular hours (Indian and Gulf over time rates apply).
Friday will be a designated holiday for employees.
The company will provide accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, vacation, and air ticket as per the contract.

Requirements:

Age limit: All candidates must be below 38 years.
Passport: ECNR/ECR passport accepted.
Language Skills: Candidates must be able to read and write in English and Hindi.
Experience: Prior experience in pump operations is preferable but freshers are welcome to apply.
Visa Processing: All selected candidates will fly from Mumbai airport.
Selection Process: CV selection – All candidates are requested to include all necessary documents in their CV.
Contract Duration: The contract period will be 2 years.
Religion: Muslim and Hindu candidates are both allowed to apply.
