Job Description:

As a key member of our real estate team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of property operations. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Management, coupled with strong administration and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute day-to-day tasks efficiently and effectively.
2. Oversee and manage rental agreements and lease transactions.
3. Interact with tenants professionally, addressing their needs and concerns.
4. Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
5. Coordinate property maintenance activities in a timely manner.
6. Assume a leadership role within the team, providing guidance and support.
7. Utilize strong administration skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Management.
2. Strong administration and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication skills for tenant interactions and team collaboration.
4. Ability to handle the day-to-day operations efficiently.
5. Experience in dealing with rental agreements and lease transactions.
6. Proven leadership capabilities.
7. Familiarity with property inspection procedures.
