Job Description: Urgent Requirement of Kerala Cooks for Saudi Arabia

We are urgently seeking experienced Kerala Cooks to join our leading catering company in Saudi Arabia. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a South Indian Cook, specializing in Kerala cuisine, and possess in-depth knowledge of Kerala ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate should also be able to speak and understand the Malayalam language.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic Kerala dishes to the highest quality standards.
Ensure the proper use of Kerala ingredients and spices.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and enhance menu items.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a South Indian Cook with a specialization in Kerala cuisine.
Proficiency in Kerala ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
Ability to speak and understand the Malayalam language.
Maximum age limit: 45 years.
2 years contract (renewable).
