Key Responsibilities: Sales Lady – Branded Perfume Shop (Bahrain)

• Engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, offering expert advice on fragrance selection and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain a polished and inviting presentation of the store, ensuring products are attractively displayed and the ambiance reflects the essence of our premium brand.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the various product lines and brands featured in the store, utilizing this knowledge to effectively assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Actively participate in sales strategies and promotions, working towards and exceeding sales targets to achieve attractive commission bonuses.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of effective sales techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Impeccable grooming and a pleasant personality that embodies the spirit of our luxury brand.
• Basic numerical ability and computer proficiency to handle point-of-sale transactions and basic inventory management.
• Flexibility to work both shift and break schedules, totaling 9 hours per day over 6 days a week.
