Job Description: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at W Doha Hotel, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team. Your primary objective will be to drive sales revenue, achieve targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization. This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities: Sales Manager

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to maximize their potential and productivity.
