We are currently seeking experienced and skilled individuals to join our Scaffolding Team for a short-term project in Kuwait’s Oil & Gas sector. The project is set to last between 3 to 6 months, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with the requisite experience and qualifications to contribute to a high-profile project with one of the largest contracting companies in Kuwait.

Scaffolders:

Responsibilities: Scaffolding Team for Short-Term Oil & Gas Project in Kuwait

• Erect, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety standards.
• Execute scaffolding tasks efficiently and effectively to support ongoing project operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the GCC’s Oil & Gas sector.
• Possession of the Third Party Card is mandatory.

Scaffolding Leadman:

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of scaffolders, overseeing the erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
• Ensure compliance with Equate Company’s guidelines and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Approval by Equate Company and possession of a PTW card.
• Holding the Gate Pass copy is mandatory.

Supervisor – Scaffolding:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the scaffolding operations on-site.
• Provide guidance and support to the scaffolding team to ensure project completion within set timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the scaffolding field.
• Approval by Equate Company and possession of a Gate Pass copy is mandatory.

Safety Officer:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols during scaffolding operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the scaffolding field.
• Approval by Equate Company and possession of a Gate Pass copy is mandatory.
