Responsibilities: SUPERVISOR Job in Kuwait

2. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
3. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
4. Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
5. Monitor progress and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
6. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
7. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of work.
8. Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress, including daily activity reports, inspection reports, and incident reports.

Requirements: SUPERVISOR Job in Kuwait

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Specialization in Piping, Rigging, Welding, or General Mechanical work.
3. Proven experience as a Supervisor in the mechanical industry.
4. In-depth knowledge of mechanical principles, practices, and procedures relevant to the chosen specialization.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
9. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the mechanical industry.
10. Valid driving license.
