TEAM LEADER DRIVER: We are looking for a highly skilled candidate who has experience working with commercial kitchen equipment and appliances, preferably with expertise in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) standards. The ideal candidate should be below 42 years of age and proficient in performing service and mechanical repairs on various types of kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities will include repairing and maintaining refrigeration units, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers, as well as installing new kitchen and refrigeration equipment and systems as needed. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of drivers, providing clear direction and support.
• Coordinate daily schedules, assign routes, and optimize logistics to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor driver performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and inspections, ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure the team follows traffic laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new regulations, and advancements in technology related to transportation and logistics.

Requirements: TEAM LEADER DRIVER

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and other relevant technologies.
• Knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads when required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
