Position: Cleaners

Responsibilities:

As a Cleaners, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within our health care facility. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas, including offices, common areas, and facilities, by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
2. Restroom Sanitization: Thoroughly sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
3. Waste Management: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas, adhering to waste management protocols.
4. Glass Surface Cleaning: Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a polished and presentable appearance.
5. Timely Task Completion: Follow cleaning schedules diligently and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling and using cleaning chemicals to protect both yourself and others.
7. Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties promptly to the supervisor.
8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the cleaning team to achieve our cleanliness goals and maintain a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements: Cleaners Job in Dubai

1. Previous Cleaning Experience: Previous experience as a Cleaner or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
2. Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail, ensuring thorough cleaning and maintenance of all assigned areas.
3. Cleaning Knowledge: Familiarity with proper cleaning methods and techniques will be advantageous.
4. Physical Stamina: Demonstrate physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods while maintaining energy and efficiency.
5. Positive Attitude: Display a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a clean and organized environment.
6. Cleaning Equipment Familiarity: Previous experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals is advantageous but not required for entry-level applicants.
7. Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional language skills will be considered a plus.
