As a Data Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining data-related processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within the organization. Your primary focus will be on training teams, overseeing data governance, conducting quality control checks, and supporting various data management initiatives. The role requires proficiency in HR systems, SAP, and JDE systems experience is desirable.

Responsibilities: Data Controller Job in Dubai

1. Train the Customer Service and European Planning teams on data-related processes in SAP, ensuring they have a clear understanding of data entry and management procedures.
2. Collaborate closely with the HR Systems team to establish and maintain robust data governance practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of HR systems and toolsets, staying updated on advancements and best practices in data management.
4. Prioritize and execute quality control checks and oversight of tasks completed by the off-shore team on a daily basis, adhering to defined process controls and procedures.
5. Provide valuable support to the Client Fee schedule review process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
6. Review engineering documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings to verify documentation and material requirements, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications.
7. Develop approval packages by compiling release documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.
8. Notify relevant departments of any new or updated data, ensuring seamless communication and data dissemination.
9. Maintain the action items for the Technical Review Board (TRB) and Change Control Board (CCB), monitoring progress and updating documentation as required.

Requirements: Data Controller Job in Dubai

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience in data management, data governance, or related roles.
3. Familiarity with SAP and HR systems is essential; experience with JDE systems is desirable.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other data management tools.
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to evolving data management requirements.

Salary:
AED 4001-5000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
