Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct the night audit process efficiently and accurately, reconciling daily transactions and ensuring data integrity.
2. Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, charges, and payments, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
3. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift with a warm and professional demeanor.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
5. Assist in preparing daily reports and financial statements for management review.
6. Maintain a secure and organized front desk area, ensuring the safety of guest information and valuables.
7. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations during the night hours.
8. Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of guest service and security.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Night Auditor in the hospitality industry.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
4. Proficient in using hotel management systems and accounting software.
5. Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently during the night shift.
6. Knowledge of local regulations and laws pertaining to the hotel industry is an advantage.
