- Tuition/Other Fee Charging: Manage the process of charging fees and maintain a comprehensive fee charging report.
- Fee Collection: Collect fees from students and follow up on any unpaid fees. Send invoices and reminders to parents as necessary.
- Accounts Receivable: Provide reports on accounts receivable to the Financial Manager.
- Activity Fees: Collect fees for sports, after-school extracurricular activities, and other events. Calculate and record ASA commissions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate student fee records and keep an updated record of bounced payments. Alert management of potential bad debts.
- Banking: Maintain a log of post-dated checks and ensure their timely deposit to the bank.
- Cash Handling: Disburse petty cash as per approved requests and maintain an updated account of petty cash transactions.
- Fee Collection Reporting: Generate reports on fee collections made through online payments, credit cards, and cash.
- Internal Controls: Assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
