Responsibilities: Waiter Job in Oman

1. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and attending to customer needs promptly and courteously.
2. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and ready for guests.
3. Ensure accurate order delivery, and handle customer inquiries and special requests with professionalism.
4. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
5. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a tidy cash register.
6. Uphold hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
7. Assist in restocking and maintaining inventory of dining supplies.
8. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
9. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service operations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements: Waiter Job in Oman

• Minimum age: 21 years; Maximum age: 35 years.
• Basic English language skills are required.
• Experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Valid ECR/ECNR passport status.
• Completion of at least 2 doses of Covishield vaccine is mandatory.
• Must be willing to work ≥ 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, with one day off.
• Availability for daily 2 hours of overtime.
• Candidates with prior experience at KFC, Pizza Hut, or similar establishments are encouraged to apply.
