Well-established and reputable automotive service center in the UAE, dedicated to providing top-notch vehicle maintenance and repair services. We are currently looking for skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisors with expertise in automobile technology to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Service Advisor (Automobile Technician), you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers by providing expert guidance and technical advice on vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your role will involve diagnosing vehicle issues, recommending necessary repairs, and coordinating the execution of services in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities: WANTED FOR UAE Service Advisors

Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of vehicles to identify issues.
Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance.
Generate accurate service estimates and quotes for customers.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments and repairs.
Communicate with the service team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during the service process.
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications:

ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Automobile Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or Automobile Technician.
Strong knowledge of automobile technology and repair procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
Proficiency in computer software for generating estimates and documentation.
Age between 22 to 35 years.
